The traditional Food

The Saudi kabbsa one of the important food in Saudi Arabia. It's part of Saudi Arabia culture. the ate it often for lunch or dinner. It's easy to do it just follow the steps.

Ingrates:
half a kilo of rice, Chicken, Onion, tomato, potato, spices(Black pepper +cinnamon + cloves)Maggie cubic, Lemon 4 cups water ,Salt and fewof the oil.





Steps:

Onions cut small pieces.

  • Heat oil in a few Tngerp Add the onions and leave it until It is light brown.
  • Tomatoes cut small pieces.
  • Then add onions and tomatoes to move And cook a few leaves.
    Add the chicken, then it.
  • Then add spices and Maggie cubic.
  • Then to confuse even a well-mixed with a spoon Spices with each other.
  • Then add little water and lemon flavor to the Black.
  • Tngerp covered and left for 30-40 mins.
  • Cut potato Small cubes.
  • Then add the chicken in Tngerp.
  • Cooked up and leave for a period of 15 mins.
    Then add rice and boil until the leaves ( Then add water 4-5 cups water)
  • If boiling water, cover and reduce Tngerp The heat and leave for a period of approximately 20 min.
  • After 20 mints, and learning first Tvthia water if dry first.
  • If dry rice on the fire Trfieh And progressive with a fresh lemon.
